Joi & Blokes scores 2.0 out of 5, anchored by the strongest track-record fact on this page: a named, independently verified medical director, Dr. Melissa Loseke, DO. Its billing is quarterly rather than monthly, and the first payment lands at $497 for semaglutide or $747 for tirzepatide, a real up-front commitment worth planning around before you sign up. ReadyRx also scores 2.0 out of 5, carrying the only real money-back guarantee on this page: a refund if you have not lost at least 5% of baseline body weight after 28 weeks of treatment as prescribed. Set against that, ReadyRx is the most expensive provider here, at $299 a month for semaglutide (or $249 on a three-month prepaid plan) and $399 a month for tirzepatide. AltRx scores 0.5 out of 5, weighed down by a BBB letter rating of F for failing to respond to 37 complaints filed against the business. Its advertised $89-a-month semaglutide price is a promotional rate, not the standing price, and AltRx’s own live product page shows the tirzepatide price contradicting the flat rate the company markets elsewhere. Zevay
Zevay scores 0.0 out of 5, the lowest on this page, not because anything specific was found wrong with it but because almost nothing about it could be verified at all. Its advertised prices are the cheapest here, $149 a month for semaglutide and $187 a month for tirzepatide, but Zevay has no BBB profile and no Trustpilot profile found as of 16 July 2026, and its own site could not be read directly to confirm certification.
